The Picture In Your Head
/Sometimes we get caught up in the idea that "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect." Instead of focusing on the perfect picture in your head of what life should be (whether it's a white picket fence with 2.7 children or the PhD and your own empire of employees), focus on the path that gets you there and enjoying it. Sometimes, the road might not be straight, but it will always get us to where we are going.
Look for the Light and Love
/Remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr and embrace your love and light today.
Go After Your Dreams
/A New Year. It's when we all set our resolutions for the year. Over 40% of Americans set New Year's Resolutions. And, only 8% of people achieve them. Often, this low percentage is because the resolution is too unmeasurable or not set in stone. But if this is the case, how can people make changes??
This year, instead of a resolution, I'm challenging you to take your dreams and create a blueprint for them. Set an intention. Get an accountability partner and make a plan to achieve that goal. It may take some time, but if you create the plan, you can get there. If you need help achieving those goals, give me a call at 203-938-5775. I can help.
Tackle Your Life
/Embrace your life. Live it. Tackle it.
Utilize Your Power
/December is considered a magical season. As such, you should use it to remind yourself that instead of the season of magic, channel your own power change the world, to change your own world. Focus on the little steps in life to improve your life and, in doing so, to improve the lives of those around you.
Believe
/Climb Your Mountain
/Enjoy your journey up the mountain; allow yourself to grow as you climb!
